Foothills Behavioral Health Partners (FBHPartners) manages the mental health benefits for people who have Medicaid and live in one of five counties—Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Gilpin or Jefferson.   FBHPartners has a large provider network which includes two community mental health centers and a number of other providers in the community.  If you think you need mental health services but are not sure, we encourage you to call one of the numbers below to talk to an experienced mental health therapist who will help you decide if you want or need additional services.

• If you live in Clear Creek, Gilpin or Jefferson Counties, call Jefferson Center for Mental Health at (303) 425-0300 or www.jeffersonmentalhealth.org
  
  
• Or call FBHPartners for information on other providers in the community. If you do not live in one of these five counties, call your local mental health center for information about mental health services in your area. You can call one of the mental health centers above and they will give you the number of your local mental health center.
