This information is provided as an informational resource only. It is the responsibility of the local Community Mental Health Centers (CMHC) to initiate the assessment process for this program. The CMHC Liaison is the contact person at a particular community mental health center that acts as a link between families, the CMHC and Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health with regards to CMHTA.
