FBHPartners also complies with both Federal and State regulations governing the operation of managed care health plans financed with Federal and State health care funds.
FBHPartners is owned by three groups who have been providing exceptional mental health services for many years - two not-for-profit providers of mental health services, The Mental Health Center Serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties and Jefferson Center for Mental Health; and ValueOptions, the second largest managed behavioral health company in the nation.
